Our home base sits right on Parque México, in Condesa up against Roma Norte — most of the weekend is a short walk or quick Uber from the front door.
A lively Roma Norte spot doing cantina-style Mexican home cooking with a strong mezcal and drinks program. Easy first-night group dinner a few blocks from the hotel.
Not a separate trip — Palomilla is the rooftop bar directly above Páramo, reached by walking up through the restaurant. Circular open roof, open to the sky. Just head upstairs and keep the night going.
Frida in the morning, live jazz at night.
Head south to Coyoacán — the leafy colonial neighborhood where Frida Kahlo was born, lived, and died. The plan is the Frida Kahlo museum and the market, then back; there isn't a ton else to linger for.
The cobalt-blue house Frida grew up in — preserved with her studio, wheelchair, dresses, and garden largely as she left them.
Covered neighborhood market where the draw is the tostada stalls — piled with ceviche, crab, and pig's trotter — plus textiles. Nearby, Jardín Centenario & Plaza Hidalgo are the spot for churros and coffee if we want to sit.
Back near the hotel. Nothing booked before jazz, so grab dinner wherever suits your crew.

Mexican pro wrestling — masked luchadores in a fast, acrobatic style, staged as técnicos (good guys) vs rudos (villains). The crowd heckling is half the show, and vendors bring beer and micheladas to your seat.
Food and drinks back near the hotel — taquería crawl or bars, all within a few blocks.
No fixed plans — pick your speed, then dinner together.
Confirmed — Koku, Sunday at 7:00pm. Last night together, and the easiest walk of the weekend: same neighborhood as the hotel, a few blocks off Parque México.
